Position Overview


We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation and Telesales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers and converting them into satisfied clients through effective communication and sales techniques.



Key Responsibilities


  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels such as online research and social media.
  • Maintain an updated database of leads and track their engagement levels.
  • Reach out to potential leads via phone calls, emails, and other communication methods.
  • Present our product to potential clients and address their inquiries.
  • Persuade potential clients to purchase our product.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business.



Requirements


  • Proven experience in lead generation and telesales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.



Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar role.
