Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

(Events & Exhibition Management)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at Ideation Group, an events and exhibition management company. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales & marketing, specifically within the UAE events & exhibition industry. You will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing sales to meet revenue targets. Able to work under pressure and multi-task particularly during the peak seasons and responding to telephone or email queries while being able to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities.

Work closely with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Attend networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows to represent the company and build contacts.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of Sales & Marketing experience in the UAE or Any GCC countries.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong understanding of the UAE market and business culture.
