RISE TO THE CHALLENGE

We are looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor based in Jordan, a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in various positions within commercial function (Retail/WHS/KA, Business Development, Commercial Planning). Together with an excellent command of English & Arabic.

Job Purpose

To be able to manage teams within the commercial organization that will have an impact on the consumer experience whether through our physical touchpoints across the market or through general trade. Moreover, to be able to create/initiate/deploy programs, KPI’s tracking & conducting regularly constructive feedback sessions to ensure succession within PMJO.

Job Description

  • Responsible for sales KPI’s performance within the designated zone, consumer experience & correct implementation of all consumer programs within the zone.
  • Manage Relationship between Wholesale/GT/Key Accounts, distributor & PMJO.
  • Analyze performance regularly in order to avoid any business problem &/or exploiting business opportunities that will develop our business.
  • Lead on different projects & following through from start to go-live as well as following through after go-live to ensure smooth on ground operations.
  • Co-create and deploy consumer programs and communication toolboxes within the designated zone to ensure proper product and category awareness, high-quality conversion, and positive word of mouth as a result.
  • Support consumer journey improvement through feedback loops to enhance the in-store experience and lower consumer effort.
  • Manage performance & development of reporting team. Drive their recruitment, capability building and upskilling efforts in order to ensure successful succession for future.
  • Compliance: follow PM policies and procedures, ensure adherence to them throughout the organization Maintain awareness, and ensure compliance with safety and security procedures within the team.

Job Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in various position within commercial function (Retail/WHS/KA, Business Development, Commercial Planning).
  • Previous Project management experience is required (with references).
  • Candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience in managing people (executives/Contracted).
  • Candidate should be highly experienced in Stakeholders Management with references.
  • Experience within the Wholesale Channel is a plus.
  • Driving License is necessary.
  • Fluent command of English language is necessary & any additional language is a plus.
  • Perfect command of Microsoft office Excel, PowerPoint & word.
