Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Engineer at Solis Depot in Jordan with flexibility for remote work. The Technical Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Huawei Solar PV inverters. They will also provide technical support to clients and collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 0-2 Years of experience in solar panel installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining Huawei PV Solar Inverters and services to customers and prospective customers.
• Provide answers to client questions about our products, servicing, and other technical aspects of the Huawei Solar inverters.
• Supplying required certificates for EPC’S consultants as well as grid operators for approvals.
• Supply aftersales support on installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting recommendations.
• Conducting site visits, performing the needed tests, and troubleshooting issues related to the inverter.
• Establishing relations with third-party manufacturers to provide a full technical packaged solution to the customer.
• Escalating complex issues to the technical management team and follow-ups supply follow-up when required.
• Writing full technical reports for site visits .
• Working with local and international EPCs, developers, consultants, owners, and government institutions.
• Provide design recommendations for optimum power generation of the plant.
• Working on Mega scale projects closely with the commercial team to close the deal.
• Writing technical proposals for Mega scale projects.
• Organizing and presenting technical educational webinars for clients.
• Technical support skills for assisting clients
