Position Overview:

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for driving sales growth by managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the IT industry.
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored IT solutions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT sector.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and services.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and stakeholders.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass quarterly and annual sales targets, with a clear focus on driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitive offerings.


Requirements:


  • 3-5 years of experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role within the IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of IT solutions, including networking, data, and security.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
