Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant
A Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant will take end to end ownership of the Dynamics
365 existing configuration/new implementation and be responsible for the scope of the
project and work closely with key stakeholders to understand the business requirements
and technical environment to achieve optimal solution.
Job Responsibilities
* Support internal & external users for E-services solution -> Microsoft Dynamic CRM and
Field service and related integrations, E – Portal users, mobile app.
How to use it?
Reasons why the service is not working as expected.
Fixing missed data issues, if any.
Finding out reasons why document is not gone through expected process and fixing
issue if any. Etc.
* Assist External End Users by receiving phone calls and answering their enquiries and
closing their cases and requests along with assisting walk-in end users to finish their
D365 CRM requests, inquiries, and Transactions.
* Maintaining tickets for each and every support call is a must.
* Ensuring that all Microsoft Dynamic CRM applications are working perfectly according
to the Support SLA.
* Whenever required do User training.
* Work closely with key stakeholders.
* Report to IT Manager.
* Execute design and discovery workshops.
* Design Dynamics 365 solutions using configuration.
* Hands-on in the implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
* Hands-on in the implementation of Dynamics 365 field Service.
* Hands-on experience with power bi dashboards (functional knowledge required)
* Ensure and maintain quality.
* Adapt to different end-user learning styles when training, gathering requirements, etc.
* Create BRD’s, SSD’s for clients, including MS word, PowerPoint presentations and Visio
workflows regarding functional and technical requirements, design, training, process
engineering, etc.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bilingual (English and Arabic) speaker is a Must.
* 3-5 years Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation/configuration experience.
* Excellent communication skills: ability to interact with all levels of employees.
* The ideal candidate will have familiarity with .Net programming experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred).
