Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Customer Service & Coordinator at Soteria Insurance Solutions. The role involves tasks such as providing customer and agent support and services, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer experience, and effective communication with clients and insurance companies.

Qualifications

  • 1 - 2 years experience in Insurance field
  • Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Experience skills
  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to effectively engage with customers and provide solutions.
  • Ability to effectively engage and negotiate with insurance companies.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • English Language is a plus
  • Strong personality
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
