Job Summary:
The Service Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the overall activities at the service center to ensure efficient operations and that services provided meet the company's quality standards, ultimately achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Team Supervision: Lead and supervise a small team of dedicated technicians, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and skill development.
- Performance Monitoring: Utilize applicable tools to monitor and control the service center's performance, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality service repairs and minimize comebacks by conducting periodic spot checks of completed jobs to ensure thoroughness and quality.
- Inventory Management: Ensure timely ordering of parts and maintain appropriate stock levels, ensuring that all inventory is fully accounted for.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety policies and procedures, ensuring all necessary records are accurately maintained and that the service center adheres to safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum 6-8 of years in a similar supervisory role within a Chinese brand or mechanical service environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a focus on customer service and quality assurance.
