Human Resources & Training Coordinator

Job Summary:


As an Human recourses & training coordinator at Opal Hotel - Amman, you will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and training programs. This role supports the overall growth and performance of employees, aligning with our goals and objectives.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:


·        Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, selection process, and on boarding.

·        Handle employee relations, addressing and resolving concerns.

·        Assist in employee payroll and benefits by collecting and verifying employee attendance, preparing the closing reports, preparing the overtime and deductions reports via the system, and many others.

·        Ensure full knowledge of Labor laws and social security.

·        Support the HR Manager with the performance reviews and employee development plans.

·        Coordinate and conduct training and development programs.

·        Assist the HR Manager in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.

·        Create weekly reports (HR & Administrative Reports) such as HR Table, Weekly Orientation, and MoM for the daily management meeting and other reports.


Candidate Specifications:


·        Bachelor's degree in English or Business Administration.

·        Prior experience in all functions.

·        Technical Skills: Presentation Skills, Microsoft Office Suite skills, English skills, and a strong understanding of Labor laws, social security and HR policies, and functions.
