Job Description

  • Provide first-line support for facility-related inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution for all service requests.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and escalate issues to the relevant teams.
  • Manage communication channels, ensuring timely updates are provided to users on the status of their requests.
  • Utilize facility management software to log incidents, track progress, and generate reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of facility policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor supplies and inventory levels, placing orders for necessary materials while adhering to budget constraints.
  • Facilitate training sessions for staff on facility-related protocols, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact during facility emergencies, executing established safety protocols effectively.
  • Gather feedback from users on facility services and recommend improvements to enhance overall user satisfaction.
