Recruitment Consultant

The main focus of this role is to provide recruitment assistance to the business for various clients. The ideal candidate must have experience in recruitment and should have a proven record of placing mid-senior level professionals


Responsibilities

  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and attract candidates.
  • Screen and assess candidates through interviews, skills testing, and reference checks.
  • Build a talent pool of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.
  • Conducting online interviews with potential candidates.
  • Complete full-cycle recruitment for the clients.
  • Write job adverts and utilize various tools to gain the best exposure for the client's open position.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any Field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience working for a fast-paced recruitment firm.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
