*Key Responsibilities:*
*Product Expertise:*
- Develop a thorough knowledge of the company’s AV products and services, including their features and competitive advantages.
- Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions that may impact sales strategies.
*Team Collaboration:*
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and to resolve customer concerns, driving customer satisfaction.
*Market Analysis:*
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to identify trends and preferences. Use these insights to improve sales strategies and provide input to product development.
*AV Presales Support:*
- Assist the sales team in developing proposals, estimates, and system designs.
- Respond to RFPs, create quotations, and design schematics for AV systems.
*Qualifications and Skills:*
- Experience in designing and engineering both simple and complex AV systems.
- Expertise in software sales related to Unified Communications (UC) collaboration tools.
- Ability to generate line drawings for audio, video, control, and communication systems.
- Strong knowledge of signal flow for audio, video, control, and networking.
- Proficiency in managing change orders and coordinating with project managers.
- Commitment to continuous education on design practices and new products.
- Experience with Unified Communications systems, video streaming, and video conferencing solutions.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service attitude and relationship-building skills.
