Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Science (PCB) Teacher with expertise in both the General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) , InternationalGeneral Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) and International Baccalaureate (IB) The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering rigorous and engaging instruction in Science ensuring that students are well-prepared for both IGCSE and IB examinations.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver dynamic and comprehensive lessons in Science (PCB) for both IGCSE and IB students.

Implement the IGCSE and IB curricula, ensuring alignment with program standards and objectives.

Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages analytical thinking, problem-solving, and scientific inquiry.

Utilize a variety of teaching methods, hands-on experiments, and educational technologies to enhance student understanding and application of concepts.

Assess and evaluate student progress through regular formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support learning.

Prepare students for IGCSE and IB , familiarizing them with exam formats and effective exam strategies.

Collaborate with colleagues to integrate cross-curricular initiatives and promote a holistic educational experience.

Stay informed about developments in Science education, incorporating relevant and current content into lessons.

Foster a positive and collaborative classroom culture that aligns with the values of both IGCSE and IB programs

Actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on curriculum changes.

Qualifications:

Proven experience teaching Science programs for a minimum of 2 years.

Strong understanding of the IGCSE and IB curricula, assessment methods, and educational objectives.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to differentiate instruction to address the diverse needs of students.

Enthusiasm for incorporating innovative teaching methods and technology into the physics classrooms.
