Telesales Representative

About the job

The candidate will follow-up leads and educate potential customers on the English education product via phone calls. He/she must have proven track record in closing sales and exceeding sales quota. Candidate must be proactive, has good customer service and sales skills.


Responsibilities

  • Follow-up leads and educate them on the value of English education.
  • Assist customers through the process and gather their experience.
  • Closely track and close sales.
  • Generate new sales from referrals.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree of any course or equivalent experience
  • Must be able to communicate in English and Arabic;
  • 2-5 years of B2C Sales experience in the edtech/e-learning, insurance or service industry;
  • Proven track record in sales achievement;
  • Resident of Jordan; willing to work in Amman.
  • Passionate and self-motivated;
  • Must have good sales and negotiation skills;
