ABOUT THE ROLE

Important Note: Please only apply for this position if you have experience working within the commercial retail coffee industry and customers within the FMCG/Coffee vertical. Only experienced within the retail industry and regional (located in Dubai already) only experienced candidates will be considered for this role.

This role is based in the UAE, but this person must be based out of Dubai .

Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly and energetic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.

•⁠ ⁠Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.

•⁠ ⁠Quality Control: Ensure the quality and consistency of all beverages; follow recipes and guidelines closely.

•⁠ ⁠Health and Safety: Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards.

•⁠ ⁠Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

•⁠ ⁠Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels and keeping the stock organized.

Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

•⁠ ⁠Experience: At least 1 year experience in the position of a barista

•⁠ ⁠Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry heavy items as needed.

•⁠ ⁠Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
