Performance Marketing

Role Overview:

The Performance Marketing will support the development and execution of data-driven marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager, this role will focus on optimizing campaign performance, analyzing metrics, and contributing to the achievement of marketing goals. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in the field of performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Assist in the setup, management, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, META Ads, SnapChat etc.. 
  • Data Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Reporting: Generate and interpret reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Budget Management: Support budget allocation and monitoring to ensure campaigns are executed within budget.
  • Collaboration: Work with the creative team to develop effective ad creatives and messaging. Coordinate with other marketing team members to align campaigns with overall strategies.
  • Market Research: Conduct keyword research on industry trends and categories as necessary. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Math, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, META Ads, etc...)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel along with data reporting and visualization.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with additional digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing is a plus.
  • Certification in Google Ads or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
  • Experience with Tableau or willingness to learn.
