About the role:

Financial Markets and Content Adaptation:

  • Content Creation and Adaptation:
  • Develop and adapt marketing content related to financial markets for various platforms (social media, email, website)
  • Ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with financial regulations
  • Translate complex financial concepts into clear, accessible language for different audience segments
  • Publication and Distribution:
  • Manage the publication of translated content across multiple platforms, ensuring timely and accurate deployment
  • Tailor content distribution strategies to different channels to maximize reach and engagement
  • Monitor and optimize content performance across platforms
  • Collaboration with Departments:
  • Marketing: Work with the marketing team to align content strategies with overall marketing goals and campaigns
  • SEO: Collaborate with the SEO team to optimize content for search engines and improve organic visibility
  • Communications: Coordinate with the communications team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
  • Compliance and Legal: Liaise with compliance and legal departments to ensure all content meets regulatory standards and internal policies
  • Sales: Support the sales team with tailored content that addresses customer pain points and drives conversions
  • Customer Support: Partner with customer support to provide content that addresses common customer queries and enhances the customer experience
  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that leverage multiple channels to achieve business objectives
  • Track campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to improve outcomes
  • Performance Analysis:
  • Analyze data from various sources (e.g., web analytics, social media insights, email metrics) to assess the effectiveness of content and campaigns
  • Provide regular reports to stakeholders on key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest actionable insights


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in financial markets, with a solid understanding of market dynamics, financial instruments, and investment strategies
  • Proven experience in content marketing, specifically in adapting and localizing content for different markets and platforms
  • Experience managing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and website content
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments (e.g., marketing, SEO, communications, compliance, legal, sales, customer support)
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Financial Expertise: Deep knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements
  • Marketing Acumen: Strong understanding of marketing principles and content strategy
  • Content Adaptation: Expertise in translating and localizing content to ensure it resonates with diverse audiences while maintaining brand consistency
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), content management systems (e.g., WordPress), and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, campaign performance metrics, and customer data to inform content strategy
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for clear and engaging storytelling
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
