• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with senior leadership, board members, and other stakeholders on technology-related matters, providing updates on progress and addressing concerns.
• Project Management: Oversee project management activities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
• Innovation: Promote a culture of innovation within the technology department, encouraging the exploration of new technologies and methodologies.
• Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce security measures to protect the organization’s digital assets, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Architecture and Design: Provide guidance on technology architecture and design principles, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability of systems.
• Talent Development: Support the recruitment, training, and development of technology talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Technology Roadmap: Develop and communicate a clear technology roadmap, outlining the planned evolution of technology capabilities to support business objectives.
