Position Title: Branch Manager / Audit Manager

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Department: Assurance / External Audit

Reports To: Regional Director / Managing Partner


Role Overview:


We are seeking a Branch Manager / Audit Manager to lead and establish our new Jeddah office. This dual-role involves setting up and managing the branch, overseeing audit engagements, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audit and accounting, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:


Branch Establishment & Management:

  • Lead the setup and operations of the Jeddah branch.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for branch growth.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Report branch performance to the Regional Director / Managing Partner.

Audit Management:

  • Manage and lead audit engagements from start to finish.
  • Review audit work, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to standards.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients on audit matters.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Drive business development and expand the client base.
  • Represent the firm at industry events.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff for the Jeddah branch.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews.

Strategic Planning & Development:

  • Enhance the firm’s market presence in Jeddah.
  • Identify growth opportunities and collaborate on long-term planning.

Risk Management & Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with KSA laws, regulations, and international standards.
  • Manage risks associated with audit engagements and branch operations.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred.
  • 7-10 years of audit/accounting experience, with 3-5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of International Standards of Audit (ISA), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and Zakat and Tax regulations.
  • Proven experience in managing and growing a business unit or branch.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
