Position: Female Nail Trainer
Location: Dubai(UAE)

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Female Nail Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for training and developing our nail technicians, ensuring they deliver high-quality services in line with the latest industry standards. This role is crucial in maintaining excellence in service and customer satisfaction within our salon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training & Development:
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for nail technicians, covering various techniques such as manicure, pedicure, nail art, gel applications, acrylics, and other advanced services.
• Lead hands-on training sessions and workshops to ensure technicians are proficient in both foundational and advanced nail care techniques.
• Keep up with the latest trends, products, and techniques in the nail industry and incorporate them into the training curriculum.
• Quality Assurance:
• Oversee and evaluate the performance of nail technicians to ensure they meet the salon's quality standards.
• Provide constructive feedback and ongoing coaching to technicians to help them improve their skills and service quality.
• Conduct regular assessments and skill evaluations to ensure continuous professional development within the team.
• Product & Tool Knowledge:
• Educate technicians on the correct usage and maintenance of nail tools, equipment, and products.
• Stay updated on new products in the market and provide guidance on their application and benefits.
• Ensure all products used are safe, high-quality, and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Customer Service Excellence:
• Train technicians in effective communication and customer service practices to enhance client satisfaction.
• Address customer complaints related to nail services and provide solutions through additional training where necessary.
• Ensure that technicians adhere to the highest standards of health, hygiene, and safety to provide a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
• Administrative Duties:
• Maintain training records, including technician progress, certifications, and any additional training needs.
• Assist in recruiting and selecting new nail technicians by assessing their skills and potential.
• Work closely with management to identify training needs and develop customized programs to address them.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in nail care, with hands-on expertise in advanced techniques.
• Language: Must be fluent in Russian or any European language to effectively communicate with staff and clients.
• Education: Certification in nail technology or cosmetology is preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication, training, and coaching skills. Proficiency in the latest nail care techniques and a passion for teaching.

• DHA or any other related Certificate (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
