  • Lead the design process from concept development to final execution for premium interior projects.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their vision, needs, and lifestyle to craft tailored design solutions.
  • Create detailed mood boards, presentations, material selections, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
  • Prepare complete drawing packages including technical details and specifications for contractors and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure the seamless implementation of design intent.
  • Supervise junior designers and mentor the design team to maintain high standards of creativity and quality.
  • Keep up with global design trends, innovative materials, and sustainable practices.
  • Candidate should have fit-out experience in UAE for more than 5 years in commercial, hospitality sectors.
  • Candidate should have strictly D&B experience – Commercial, hospitality.
