Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective logistics strategies to support our passenger transportation services in the UAE.
• Oversee all aspects of logistics operations, including vehicle dispatch, driver management, maintenance, and route optimization.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Manage and optimize transportation costs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Manage and mentor a team of logistics professionals.
• Develop and implement contingency plans to address potential disruptions.
• Continuously evaluate and improve our logistics processes and systems.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• In-depth knowledge of logistics operations and the transportation landscape in the UAE is a Mandatory Requirement!
• Proven experience in a leadership role within logistics or transportation management.
• Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, dispatch, and routing optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the UAE.
• Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage)
