What to expect 

 
This three to four year development programme will provide you with the skills needed for a role   in airport ground operations. You’ll gain experience across key operational areas, ensuring seamless guest experiences and smooth airport operations. 

What you’ll achieve 

You will Build a solid understanding of airport operations through two key work placements: one in Network Operations Control (either at the Airport or HQ) and another in Aircraft Dispatch at Abu Dhabi Airport. 

This ensures you gain a well-rounded experience across critical areas of the operation.

Education & Experience

• Are you a UAE National aged 21+ with a valid family book
• Have completed a minimum of a 2-year Diploma (accredited by the UAE Ministry of Education)
• Are fluent in English
• Have experience in a customer service position (preferred)
• Are able to work on shift-based schedules
• Can wear the Etihad uniform with pride
• Completed or permanently exempted from UAE National Service (males only)

Compensation

Phase 1 

Training - 12 Months - AED 5,000 plus Benefits 

Phase 2 (After successful completion of Phase 1) 

On-the-job Experience - Up to 24 Months - AED 20,750 plus Benefits 

Phase 3 (After successful completion of Phase 2 & subject to open positions) 

Placement - Up to 36 Months - AED 25,467 plus Benefits
