  2. Design and update seasonal menus with innovation, balance, and consistency
  3. Standardize recipes and presentation for all branches
  4. Oversee the full kitchen team and guide daily operations
  5. Monitor kitchen efficiency, hygiene, stock levels, and quality control
  6. Collaborate with management on pricing, sourcing, and production planning
  7. Train and mentor staff on techniques, taste, and execution
  8. Support product development for take-away or retail (e.g., bottled drinks, packaged desserts)
  9. Ensure compliance with UAE food safety standards

Skills

  1. 5+ years of experience in creative culinary roles (preferably with coffee shop or café background)
  2. Strong skills in menu development across food, pastry, and beverages
  3. Proven leadership experience in kitchen management
  4. Passion for combining aesthetics, taste, and innovation
  5. Knowledge of ingredient sourcing and cost control
  6. Flexibility to adjust for seasonal ingredients and customer trends
  7. Understanding of kitchen operations at both store and central kitchen level
