  4. Assist in the preparation of cost estimates for new projects and changes to existing projects.
  5. Collaborate with project managers to identify and mitigate financial risks.
  6. Conduct regular audits of project costs and provide recommendations for improvements.
  7. Support the procurement process by evaluating supplier quotes and cost proposals.
  8. Facilitate communication between various departments to ensure alignment on financial objectives.
  9. Provide training and guidance to junior staff on cost control practices.
