As part of our expansion, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who is driven, client-focused, and ready to take on a leadership role.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of real estate sales executives

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets

• Monitor team performance and provide guidance to maximize results

• Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships

• Conduct property tours, negotiations, and closing deals

• Stay up-to-date with market trends, pricing, and competitor activity

• Prepare sales reports and performance updates for management


Requirements:

• 3–5 years of overall sales experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in the UAE real estate sector

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)

• UAE driving license is an advantage, but not mandatory
