What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Make outbound calls to potential buyers, tenants, and investors to introduce our property listings and services.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, lead status, and follow-ups using our CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets using effective telemarketing techniques.
  • Stay updated on new property listings, promotions, and developer launches.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries professionally.
  • Attend training and team meetings to sharpen your skills and stay ahead in the market.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills – ability to build rapport over the phone.
  • A sales-driven mindset and genuine interest in real estate.
  • Great time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic lead management (training provided).
  • Proficient in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Sales & Negotiation Abilities

  • Fluent in English (spoken & written)
  • Arabic or other language proficiency is a big plus

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage high call volumes
  • Punctual and reliable in scheduling and follow-ups
