Job Summary:      

Our client is seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join their multidisciplinary team. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapeutic interventions to clients facing mental health challenges. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centered approach to care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations using standardized tools and clinical interviews.

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' needs.

- Provide therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy.

- Support clients in managing issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and stress

- Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic treatment.

- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with UAE regulations and clinic policies.

- Stay updated with the latest psychological research and methodologies to enhance treatment approaches

- Conduct workshops and mental health awareness programs as needed.

Skills

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Master’s or Doctorate (PhD/PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution.

- Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license or eligibility to obtain one.

- Minimum 2-5 years of clinical experience in a hospital, mental health center, or private practice in Dubai, UAE.

- Proficiency in administering psychological assessments and evidence-based therapies.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a multicultural client base.
