Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination within the interior fit-out industry, ensuring seamless execution of projects across retail, commercial, and residential sectors.
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out project coordination
✅ Expertise in joinery, civil, and MEP works
✅ Strong understanding of AutoCAD
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture
✅ UAE driving license (preferred)
✅ Bilingual ( Perfect English & Arabic as a plus)

Key Responsibilities:
???? Project Planning: Assist the Project Manager in developing comprehensive project plans, defining goals, timelines, and budgets.
???? Team Coordination: Work closely with designers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
???? Budgeting & Cost Control: Assist in monitoring expenses, reviewing invoices, and ensuring budget compliance.
???? Risk & Quality Management: Identify potential project risks, enforce safety regulations, and maintain quality standards.
???? Stakeholder Management: Maintain regular communication with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure project transparency.
???? Project Monitoring & Reporting: Track progress, address bottlenecks, and generate regular project reports.
???? Change Management: Assess and document changes in project scope, timelines, and costs.
???? Project Closure: Oversee final inspections, handovers, and post-project evaluations.
