We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the company. You will manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.


Talent Sourcing & Screening:

  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Job Posting & Advertising:

  • Create and post job advertisements on relevant job boards, company website, and social media platforms.
  • Ensure job descriptions are clear, accurate, and aligned with hiring needs.

Interviewing & Candidate Evaluation:

  • Conduct structured interviews (phone, virtual, or in-person) to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and personality.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates' suitability and provide recommendations.

Candidate Engagement:

  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, keeping them informed and engaged.
  • Answer questions regarding job roles, company culture, benefits, and other hiring-related matters.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and specific job requirements.
  • Advise managers on effective interview techniques, assessment tools, and candidate selection processes.

Onboarding Support:

  • Assist with the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, contract documentation, and pre-employment screenings.
  • Ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company by liaising with HR and team leads.

Recruitment Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and recruitment metrics.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment progress, pipeline status, and hiring trends.

Market Research:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and competitive talent landscapes.
  • Provide insights on market salary rates and talent availability.

Skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles (1-3 years preferred).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to evaluate candidates’ skills and qualifications effectively.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and sourcing candidates.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment regulations is a plus.
