We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the company. You will manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Talent Sourcing & Screening:
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Job Posting & Advertising:
- Create and post job advertisements on relevant job boards, company website, and social media platforms.
- Ensure job descriptions are clear, accurate, and aligned with hiring needs.
Interviewing & Candidate Evaluation:
- Conduct structured interviews (phone, virtual, or in-person) to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and personality.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates' suitability and provide recommendations.
Candidate Engagement:
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, keeping them informed and engaged.
- Answer questions regarding job roles, company culture, benefits, and other hiring-related matters.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and specific job requirements.
- Advise managers on effective interview techniques, assessment tools, and candidate selection processes.
Onboarding Support:
- Assist with the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, contract documentation, and pre-employment screenings.
- Ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company by liaising with HR and team leads.
Recruitment Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and recruitment metrics.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment progress, pipeline status, and hiring trends.
Market Research:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and competitive talent landscapes.
- Provide insights on market salary rates and talent availability.
Skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles (1-3 years preferred).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to evaluate candidates’ skills and qualifications effectively.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and sourcing candidates.
- Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment regulations is a plus.
