Job Title: Patient Coordinator – Aesthetic Clinic

We are looking for a Patient Coordinator to join our aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to manage appointments efficiently, and experience in a clinic, medical center, or aesthetic facility.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently
  • Provide information about treatments, procedures, and clinic services
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and therapists to ensure seamless patient care
  • Handle patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update the database
  • Assist in payment processing and insurance documentation if required

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Patient Coordinator, Receptionist, or Customer Service Representative in a clinic or medical center
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Knowledge of clinic management systems is a plus
