The Structuring Senior Manager is responsible for developing and implementing asset structuring strategies for NEOM with a specific focus on compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) relating to Asset Accounting and Impairment. The role is part of the Financial Reporting & Consolidation team and engages and manages relationships with key stakeholders across NEOM and NEOM Central Finance, External Consultants, Sectors, Regions, Subsidiaries, PIF and KSA Government entities. |
REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY - 10+ years of experience in Big 4 Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Transaction Services, Capital and Debt Advisory.
- Experience in KSA (or regional experience) with Giga projects and government entities.
- Real estate, construction, development, sovereign wealth fund, or investments company asset restructuring experience.
- Excellent financial modelling and technical analysis skills.
- Excellent PowerPoint development and presentation skills with experience communicating to senior audiences (both Finance and non-Finance backgrounds).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- High attention to details to ensure the processes are optimized.
- Ability to build and sustain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Competence in negotiating with stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
