Job Description:
A healthy food restaurant group in Riyadh is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily operations. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in managing multi-branch food and beverage businesses, with a focus on operational efficiency, quality control, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of all restaurant branches.
- Ensure operational efficiency and consistency across locations.
- Manage and train restaurant staff, including supervisors and team leaders.
- Monitor inventory, procurement, and supplier coordination.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams and multi-location operations.
