شركة كثيب للاستثمار هي شركة متخصصة في إدارة وتشغيل وصيانة المجمعات السكنية المشتملة على مرافق متعددة مثل (مسابح - ساونا - جاكوزي - نادي - قاعة احتفالات - حديقة - ألعاب أطفال - مصاعد - أنظمة إنذار وإطفاء، كاميرات مراقبة، سمارت هوم، بوابات أمنية، مضخات وأنظمة مراقبة وتحكم متعددة، تكييف - وغيرها من المرافق والخدمات).
تبحث الشركة عن فني سباكة محترف وذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقها. سيكون الدور الأساسي في تنفيذ الصيانات الدورية والطارئة، وضمان استمرارية تشغيل أنظمة السباكة في المباني والوحدات السكنية.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
- إجراء الصيانة الدورية والوقائية لأنظمة السباكة في المباني السكنية.
- التعامل مع الأعطال الطارئة في أنظمة السباكة وإصلاحها بشكل سريع وفعّال.
- متابعة عمل فريق المورد المكلف بالصيانة والتأكد من جودة العمل.
- إجراء الصيانة اللازمة للمناطق المشتركة والصيانة الخاصة بالوحدات السكنية حسب الطلب.
- الحفاظ على معايير السلامة المهنية أثناء أداء الأعمال.
- المشاركة في أعمال استلام وتسليم العقارات للعملاء، والتأكد من جاهزية أنظمة السباكة.
- تنفيذ الترميمات الضرورية في أنظمة السباكة حسب الحاجة.
- أداء أي مهام أخرى يكلف بها من قبل الرئيس المباشر.
المتطلبات:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال السباكة.
- سبق له العمل في مشاريع مشابهة مثل المجمعات السكنية أو الكمباوندات.
- شهادة فني سباكة أو ما يعادلها.
- القدرة على قراءة المخططات الخاصة بأنظمة السباكة وتنفيذ الأعمال حسب المواصفات.
- إجادة التعامل مع أنظمة السباكة الحديثة.
- إجادة استخدام حزمة Microsoft Office، وخاصة Excel، مع القدرة على إعداد التقارير والجداول وقواعد البيانات الضرورية.
- القدرة على التعامل مع الأنظمة التقنية المختلفة مثل أنظمة ERP و CRM، بالإضافة إلى تطبيقات طلبات الصيانة الخاصة بالمشاريع.
- أساسيات اللغة العربية (تحدث) مهمة لغير الناطقين بها، لأن طبيعة السكان عرب.
- إقامة نظامية وإمكانية نقل الكفالة.

Overview:
Kathib Investment is a company specialized in the management, operation, and maintenance of residential complexes with various facilities such as (swimming pools, sauna, jacuzzi, gym, event halls, gardens, children's play areas, elevators, fire and alarm systems, surveillance cameras, smart home systems, security gates, pumps, monitoring and control systems, air conditioning, and other facilities and services).
The company is looking for a skilled and experienced plumber to join its team. The primary role will be to perform both routine and emergency maintenance, ensuring the continuous operation of plumbing systems in buildings and residential units.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems in residential buildings.
- Handle emergency plumbing repairs quickly and effectively.
- Monitor the work of the maintenance contractor team to ensure quality of work.
- Perform maintenance for common areas and respond to requests for repairs in residential units.
- Maintain safety standards during work.
- Participate in property handover and receiving operations from clients, ensuring the readiness of plumbing systems.
- Execute necessary plumbing repairs as needed.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing maintenance.
- Previous experience in similar projects such as residential complexes or compounds.
- Plumber certification or equivalent.
- Ability to read plumbing diagrams and execute tasks according to specifications.
- Proficiency in handling modern plumbing systems.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability to prepare reports, tables, and necessary databases.
- Ability to work with various technical systems such as ERP, CRM systems, and maintenance request applications.
- Basic Arabic language skills (speaking) are essential for non-Arabic speakers, as the residents are Arab.
- Valid residency and ability to transfer sponsorship.
