We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurants Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurants shops & cafes. The ideal candidate will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, efficient staff performance, and consistent quality in food, service, and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily operations of all restaurant branches.
- Monitor and improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and train restaurant staff, including supervisors, chefs, and service teams.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Prepare operational reports and present them to the management.
- Support in marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
Requirements:
- Non Smoker
- Proven experience as a Restaurants Manager or in a similar hospitality role (minimum 5 years) (Lebanon is preferable).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of restaurant operations and customer service.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
