Our client, a leading agricultural enterprise in the Middle East, is seeking a Divisional Engineering Manager for their poultry operations.
Opportunity:
Reporting to senior management, our client is looking for an experienced engineering professional to provide comprehensive engineering services and ensure optimal operational performance at their poultry processing site.
Responsibilities:
The Division Engineering Manager will be responsible for:
· Ensuring the provision of all engineering services to facilitate daily operations at the poultry processing site.
· Leading and managing the Maintenance and Engineering team to meet critical business objectives.
· Analyzing and minimizing business risks related to core products and operational activities.
· Overseeing industrial utility operations, including medium voltage power generation and distribution, water treatment, and waste treatment systems.
· Developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize equipment performance and operational efficiency.
· Managing a multi-cultural workforce with expertise and cultural sensitivity.
Candidate Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or relevant field.
· 15-18 years of management experience leading multi-cultural teams in meat/poultry food manufacturing or equivalent industries.
· Comprehensive knowledge of food meat or poultry process equipment and associated services.
· In-depth understanding of industrial utility operations.
· Strong analytical skills for business risk assessment and mitigation.
· Proven ability to lead high-performance engineering teams.
· Excellent strategic planning and implementation capabilities.
Remuneration:
Overall package is highly competitive and tax-free and aims to balance work commitments and family time. As an indication salary, tax paid, will be €96,000 – €108,000 and additional benefits provided are:
