ROLE PURPOSE

The aim is to state the overall significance of the job from the organization’s perspective.

To support the innovation department by planning, executing, and measuring innovation campaigns that drive creative solutions and organizational growth. Leveraging design thinking, critical thinking, and strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills, the consultant ensures that campaigns are effectively implemented and their impacts are accurately measured and reported.

Key Accountabilities

1. Innovation Campaign Planning Support

• Assist in designing and planning innovation campaigns by applying design thinking and critical analysis.
• Gather and analyze relevant data to support campaign strategy development.

2. Campaign Execution Assistance

• Support the implementation of innovation campaigns by coordinating required activities and resources.
• Ensure campaign elements are executed according to established procedures and timelines.

3.  Impact

Measurement and Reporting

• Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of innovation campaigns.
• Assist in preparing detailed reports on key performance indicators and campaign outcomes for review and future planning.

4. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

• Utilize strong communication and presentation skills to support clear dissemination of campaign updates.
• Assist in engaging stakeholders and facilitating discussions to ensure effective campaign messaging.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Academic and professional qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial engineering or Business management or a related field
• MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification is preferably

Years and Nature of Experience

• 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in a related industry
