Project Manager - Civil Engineering 

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a background in Civil Engineering to oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Oversee procurement processes and ensure the availability of necessary materials and equipment.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare regular project reports and updates for senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, and risk management.
• Experience in handling large-scale projects within budget and timeline constraints.
• Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP certification (preferred).
