  • Guide and govern all enterprise architecture activities within the organization.
  • Oversee the development, documentation, and continuous update of the enterprise architecture framework, covering business, data, application, infrastructure, and security architectures.
  • Ensure alignment between business strategies and IT components to achieve efficiency, scalability, security, and performance.
  • Supervise the adoption and integration of enterprise architecture standards, including TOGAF, within strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Monitor compliance with enterprise architecture principles and ensure proper governance and implementation across entities.
  • Lead the preparation of enterprise architecture roadmaps, reference models, and target operating models to enable effective transformation and digital enablement.
  • Guide domain architects and technical teams in aligning with the overall enterprise architecture.
  • Ensure the seamless integration and optimization of business processes, minimizing handoffs through clearly defined responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to review and update enterprise policies, frameworks, and solution designs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve the architecture landscape, optimize performance, and align with government digital transformation strategies

Skills

Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture in the State of Qatar.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration.

TOGAF Certified (Enterprise Architecture Practitioner).

Strong knowledge of Qatar Government frameworks, enterprise architecture tools (iServer preferred), and alignment with national digital strategies.

Deep understanding of global enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT, etc.) and their application in government and public sector contexts.

Hands-on experience in at least one enterprise architecture tool such as iServer, Sparx EA, or Aris.

Proficiency in business process modeling (e.g., BPMN), architecture modeling layers, and solution architecture principles.

Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and deliver high-quality results in a consulting or government setting.

Native Arabic speaker with excellent command of English (spoken and written).

Willingness to work flexibly and travel if required.
