Position: Marriage and Family Therapist Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $100 - $200/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities Provide counseling to individuals, couples, and families on a range of personal and interpersonal issues. Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and care teams. Conduct client interviews and assessments to gather background information and evaluate progress. Maintain accurate, confidential client records and produce detailed reports and evaluations. Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust therapeutic approaches as needed. Refer clients to appropriate community and social service resources when necessary. Contribute clinical expertise to support AI model training and behavioral health data development.
Requirements Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related field. Valid state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist or equivalent. Strong experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Strong organizational skills with a commitment to documentation accuracy and confidentiality. Ability to assess client needs and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency with digital tools and comfort working in remote environments.
