Position: Voice Coach Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $40 - $70/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities Direct and evaluate AI-generated voice performances for accuracy and expressiveness. Provide guidance on accents, dialects, and pronunciation for voice models. Collaborate with developers and designers to refine voice synthesis systems. Develop best practices for modulation, tone, and emotional delivery. Deliver targeted feedback to improve voice quality and performance. Document analysis and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders. Participate in pilot sessions to ensure high-quality audio outputs.
Requirements Strong experience in voice coaching, voice acting, or dialect training. Strong expertise in voice directing and audio performance evaluation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Strong understanding of phonetics, speech patterns, and linguistic nuances. Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback in fast-paced environments. Ability to work remotely and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Passion for voice technology and AI-driven audio innovation.
