Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified and DOH-licensed Acupuncture Physician to join a reputable healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi / Dubai. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in delivering acupuncture treatments, with a strong focus on patient care, holistic healing, and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities Perform acupuncture treatments based on patient assessment and diagnosis Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient needs and medical history Assess patients’ conditions through consultation, physical examination, and case history Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with DOH regulations Ensure adherence to infection control, hygiene, and clinical safety standards Educate patients on treatment plans, lifestyle modifications, and follow-up care Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams when required Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Stay updated with advancements in acupuncture techniques and alternative medicine practices
Qualifications & Requirements Valid DOH License as an Acupuncture Physician (mandatory) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Acupuncture, or related field Minimum 2–5 years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in Abu Dhabi Strong knowledge of acupuncture techniques, meridian therapy, and pain management Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle diverse patient profiles in a multicultural environment
Preferred Candidate Profile Arabic-speaking candidates (highly preferred) Prior experience working in Abu Dhabi healthcare facilities Strong understanding of DOH regulations and compliance standards
