Position: Java Developer Type: Hourly contract Compensation Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities Design and develop scalable, efficient, and maintainable Java applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and enhancements. Conduct code reviews to ensure high standards of quality and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Contribute to system architecture and integration planning. Requirements Strong experience in Java development with a solid project portfolio. Strong understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaboration tools.
