Position: Corporate Finance Expert Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $50-$58/hr Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities Design technically rigorous finance prompts and tasks reflecting real-world investment banking, private equity, and corporate finance scenarios. Build gold-standard financial solutions in Excel and Power Point to benchmark AI model performance. Create and refine structured grading rubrics for evaluating AI outputs on transaction and modeling exercises. Develop, modify, and review advanced financial models, including three-statement, valuation, LBO, M&A, and sensitivity analyses. Produce client-ready transaction analyses and investment materials with production-grade accuracy. Develop and adapt professional templates, pitch decks, and supporting materials used across IB, PE, and Corporate Development. Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of precision, clarity, and industry best practices.
Requirements Strong hands-on experience in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction analysis. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including scenario analysis and model validation. Expertise in creating polished, professional Power Point presentations and investment decks. Deep familiarity with standard IB, PE, and Corporate Development workflows and templates. Proven exposure to live deal execution or transaction-focused projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work independently and deliver client-grade outputs under tight timelines.
