Role Responsibilities Apply real-world production supervision expertise to train and evaluate AI systems for manufacturing and operations. Analyze and review AI-generated content related to production workflows, shift supervision, and factory operations. Provide structured feedback on safety protocols, quality assurance, and operational efficiency. Translate manufacturing processes, SOPs, and supervisory decision-making into clear, AI-ready training data. Collaborate asynchronously with cross-functional teams to refine AI interactions for industrial environments. Contribute insights on workplace safety compliance, team coordination, and process improvement. Support continuous improvement of AI models through calibration and feedback cycles.
Requirements Professional experience as a Production Supervisor, Shift Supervisor, Plant Supervisor, or similar role in manufacturing or industrial settings. Strong understanding of production operations, equipment usage, workforce coordination, and safety standards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail. Ability to review, critique, and improve operational content, SOPs, and safety instructions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working independently in a remote, part-time environment. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across distributed teams.
