Role Responsibilities Design and curate high-quality psychiatric case scenarios aligned with clinical best practices. Develop structured training datasets reflecting DSM-5 / ICD-10 diagnostic frameworks. Evaluate and refine AI outputs related to diagnostic assessment, psychopharmacology, and psychotherapy approaches. Provide expert feedback on AI-generated recommendations to ensure clinical, ethical, and legal compliance. Translate complex psychiatric knowledge into AI-readable, structured formats. Contribute insights across psychopathology, neuropsychiatry, and crisis/risk assessment. Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and developers to improve system performance.
Requirements Licensed Psychiatrist with substantial clinical experience. Deep expertise in diagnostic assessment using DSM-5 and/or ICD-10 criteria. Strong command of psychopharmacology, psychotherapy modalities, and psychiatric disorder management. Comprehensive understanding of ethical and legal considerations in psychiatry. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment. Business-level fluency in English plus at least one additional language (Portuguese, German, Japanese, Persian/Farsi, Polish, Korean, Dutch, Russian, Turkish, French, Arabic, Italian, Indonesian, or Mandarin/Cantonese).
