Sales Engineer

We are looking for a technically driven Sales Engineer to join our commercial team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling raw materials and chemical products used in ceramic manufacturing, while providing technical support to clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Product Sales & Client Acquisition
Generate sales leads, pitch products, and close deals with ceramic manufacturers and industrial clients.

Technical Consultation
Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including product trials and usage optimization.

Market Intelligence
Gather and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine sales strategy.

Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with purchasing managers, production engineers, and decision-makers.

Product Knowledge & Demonstrations
Deliver product presentations and on-site demonstrations highlighting technical advantages.

Sales Target Achievement
Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and profitability targets.

Territory Management
Plan and manage sales activities across assigned geographic areas (mainly industrial zones in Egypt).

Proposal & Quotation Preparation
Develop accurate and competitive commercial offers tailored to client needs.

Cross-functional Collaboration
Coordinate with R&D, supply chain, and production teams to ensure order fulfillment and technical support.

Reporting & CRM Updates
Maintain updated records on CRM tools and provide regular sales reports to the Commercial Manager.


Education: B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Chemistry, or related field.Experience: 2–5 years in B2B sales, preferably in raw materials or chemical products for ceramics or construction.Technical Knowledge: Understanding of deflocculants, binders, additives, and ceramic body formulation is highly desirable.Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.Location: Applicants must reside in or near 6th of October or Sheikh Zayed areas, Giza, Egypt.Other Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and time management skills.Mobility: own a car and be willing to travel frequently to customer sites and factories.
