Job Title: Rigger & Semi-Skilled Worker

Job Summary:

We are looking to hire Rigger & Semi-Skilled Workers to support ship loading operations. The successful candidates will be responsible for rigging duties, lifting hoses, connecting and disconnecting couplings, and operating marine loading arms to ensure efficient and safe loading processes. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong focus on safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform rigging duties and safely operate jib cranes (1.0 MT) for various lifting tasks.
• Lift and handle flexible hoses (8” size) using cranes, ensuring proper handling and positioning.
• Fix and remove hoses to and from ship manifolds with attention to safety and operational procedures.
• Operate marine loading arms and efficiently connect and disconnect couplings.
• Use various tools such as ropes, spanners, chain pulley blocks, and others to support daily tasks.
• Maintain strict adherence to industrial safety regulations and operational protocols at all times.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a petrochemical facility, with solid knowledge of loading operations.
• Rigger certification with proven experience in operating jib cranes (1.0 MT).
• Ability to work effectively in 12-hour shifts.
• Strong ability to follow instructions, be efficient, and contribute to team success.
• Must adhere to the highest standards of safety in all work tasks.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team and support various operational activities.
