A well reputed cafeteria based in Ajman is looking for a Head Chef Shawarma Maker / Charcoal/Chicken Grill maker. We are looking for an experienced candidate specializing in shawarma, charcoal, BBQ and Grill. The ideal candidate will be skilled in crafting flavorful and authentic dishes with quality presentation.

Job Responsibilities:

· Prepare, season, and cook high quality shawarma, charcoal chicken, grill chicken and BBQ

· Ensure all dishes are cooked to perfection and served with attention to quality and taste

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, grill, and cooking equipment

· Assist in prepping ingredients, sauces, and toppings for shawarma and grilled chicken

· Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food preparation

· Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe working environment

· Manage inventory and order supplies when needed

Requirements:

· Previous experience in shawarma making, grilling, charcoal chicken, BBQ, or similar kitchen roles preferred

· Knowledge of different grilling techniques and seasoning methods

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

· Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality

· Strong work ethic and reliability
