As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a skilled and results-driven Business Analyst to support our team in making data-driven decisions, optimizing salon operations, and enhancing business performance.

Job Summary:

The Business Analyst will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying areas of improvement, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making across various departments. You will work closely with the management team to gather and interpret data, create reports, and propose strategic solutions that enhance operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyse, and interpret salon performance data, including sales, customer retention, marketing effectiveness, and employee productivity. Present findings to senior management.
• Business Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in salon operations and propose process improvements to increase productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Insights: Analyze customer feedback, satisfaction surveys, and industry trends to help shape marketing strategies, service offerings, and customer retention programs.
• Sales & Financial Analysis: Monitor revenue trends, product sales, and pricing strategies. Provide recommendations to maximize profitability and minimize costs.
• Forecasting & Budgeting: Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting by analysing past performance data and market trends.
• Competitive Analysis: Study competitor activities and market trends to provide insights into potential opportunities for growth and areas for differentiation.
• Reporting Systems & Tools: Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs), sales targets, and other important metrics.
• Collaboration: Work with various departments (marketing, finance, operations) to ensure data-driven decisions align with the overall business strategy.
• Market Research: Conduct research to evaluate market conditions, new industry developments, and competitor performance to help inform strategic business decisions.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or salon industry.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in using analytical tools (Excel, Google Analytics, CRM software, etc.) and reporting systems.
• Strong understanding of salon operations, including sales, customer service, and employee performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
• A proactive mindset with a strong ability to think critically and problem-solve.
